Job summary

Love & Loyalty Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers (PCA/CNA) to provide high-quality, person-centered in-home care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

The role involves personal care, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, documentation, and collaboration with families and our care team. CNA/PCA license, valid driver’s license, and vaccination as required are preferred.

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Communicate with clients, families and care team.
• Follow safety and care protocols.
