Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Our Caregivers are vital to our service, providing support to seniors and their families to maintain independence. Key virtues include compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving, a positive attitude, and love.

Responsibilities include:

• Basic care such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal prep, etc.
• Personal care including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing, etc.

Shifts vary from 3-24 hours, including overnight, weekends, mornings, and nights.

Additional requirements:

• Experience as a PCA or NC certification as a NA 1 in NC
• Current tuberculosis skin test
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Drug-free, clean criminal background
• Safe driving record (no suspended license, no more than two violations in three years)
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and transfer clients as needed
