Job summary

As a valued caregiver/HHA, you will perform personal care tasks, support daily living activities, and follow individualized care plans under clinical supervision. We value reliability, empathy, and a commitment to quality home care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Three years of caregiver/Home Health Aide experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Support personal hygiene and grooming.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Run errands and accompany to medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks.
• Follow care plans and medication reminders as instructed.
• Support dementia and incontinence care as needed.
