We are currently looking for a Respite Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Home Health Aide (HHA) whose desire is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our participants so they can thrive.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in learning and developing new skills to enhance independence and inclusion, supporting in their homes or community.
• Help attain independence goals outlined in the individual’s ISP, progressing with their independence as adults.
• Accurately document services provided, care responses, and submit timesheets and documentation promptly.
• Perform duties ethically and in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Physical Demands

• Work in various environments during visits to participants' residences.
• Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (Required)

Knowledge & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Bilingual skills (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Backup positions available

Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 (Based on Experience & Service Type)

• Supported Living Services (SLS) Caregiver: $20.00 – $23.00
• Respite Caregiver: $18.00 – $20.00
