Overview

Looking for a meaningful job during the night? Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one‑one care for seniors during scheduled overnight shifts. Previous caregiving experience is highly preferred but not required.

Shift Details

• Overnight shifts
• Typical shift length: 8–10 hours
• Weekday and weekend overnight shifts available
• Minimum of 1 night shift per week or 4 per month
• Preferred minimum of 12 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with nighttime routines and morning preparation
• Help with repositioning, mobility, or transfers
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene, dressing)
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a calm overnight environment
• Prepare or warm up simple meals/snacks if needed
• Medication reminders and safety monitoring
• Record changes or concerns for care team

Qualifications

• Adult or senior care experience required
• Compassionate, dependable, and responsive
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Able to stay awake and alert during overnight hours
