Senior Helpers in Apollo, PA is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in the Apollo area. Morning shifts begin at 9:00 AM on weekdays, with a focus on dementia clients and a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or events. A valid driver’s license and TB clearance are required, with benefits and paid training offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative results of either a TB Test (2-Step) or TB QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, or nursing assistance is a plus.

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.

• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
