Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You will assist with daily living activities, help participants stay healthy, and encourage them to engage in meaningful activities they enjoy.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in patient direct care or care coordination.
• Group home care experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community and favorite activities.
• Encourage independence and assist with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
