What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll provide essential daily living support and companionship to our clients in their homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping


• Giving medication reminders (no administration)


• Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and community outings


• Monitoring client wellbeing and promptly reporting changes to the supervisor


• Following individualized care plans and maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications

We’re seeking kind, patient, and dependable individuals. Experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates!

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation


• Background check (or willingness to obtain)


• CPR certification - in person (or willingness to obtain)


• TB test within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain)
