Job summary

Safe Life Private Duty Home Care in Wheaton, IL is seeking an In Home Caregiver -Hourly to provide compassionate, client-centered support to seniors in DuPage County. This full-time position offers hourly pay, daily living assistance, and a chance to improve quality of life in the comfort of clients' homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and safe transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Experience caregiving with elderly clients preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and companionship, including bathing, dressing, meal prep and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
