Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
