Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare in Glenview, IL is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to provide attentive, in-home support to clients in the community.

This Full Time, Live-In and Hourly position offers competitive pay from $17.95 per hour, with room and board provided and benefits.

You will assist with personal care and daily living activities, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the care team to promote independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in caregiving, especially with elderly clients, is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship; support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meals, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
