Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance. No prior experience is required; we provide in person and online training to get you started.

You will assist with personal care, meals, transportation, light housekeeping, and meaningful companionship while maintaining client confidentiality and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely
• Give medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information
