Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: ambulation, bathing, dressing, ROM, feeding and grooming.
• Assist with medications reminders and routine health tasks as needed.
• Perform domestic tasks: cleaning, laundry, meal prep and shopping.
• Accompany clients to appointments and monitor safety at home.
• Report health or safety changes to supervisor promptly.
