Visiting Angels Athens is seeking an compassionate In Home Caregiver - Housekeeper to support seniors in Athens, Eatonton, Madison, and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance in clients' homes.

The role includes training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, helping you grow in personal care, safety, and transportation support while delivering respectful, community-focused service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.

Aufgaben

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
