Summit Home Care in West Saint Paul, MN, is seeking an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care to Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. You will support personal care tasks, light housekeeping, and daily routines across a 35-mile radius, using mobile documentation for notes.

The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, opportunities for higher-pay specialized visits, and sign-on bonuses up to $2,000 for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience
• CNA certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule
• A heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support like dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines
• Travel independently between homes across a 35-mile radius
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately
• Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities
