Senior Helpers (US) is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their own homes, helping maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor health changes.

Candidates should have experience with elderly clients, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. A background check and drug screening are required; comprehensive benefits are offered, including health, dental, vision, and paid training.

Qualificações

• Prior experience working with elderly clients in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Experience assisting seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Understanding of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory-related conditions is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients with physical or cognitive limitations.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and linen changes
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior
