Senior Helpers Parent Account is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care with strong communication, especially for clients with memory-related conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with elderly clients is preferred.
• Experience assisting seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Understanding of dementia and memory-related conditions is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry and linen changes).
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
