Job summary

Pillar Bella Corporation in Illinois and Alabama is seeking compassionate Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and CNAs to join our growing team and help clients live safely at home.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, monitor health, remind about medications, prepare meals, and offer companionship, in a supportive, value-driven workplace. Travel to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certification, CNA license, or equivalent caregiver experience preferred.
• Valid state certification in Illinois or Alabama as applicable.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatments as directed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe living environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
