Job summary

Home Instead is seeking an in-home caregiver in Albuquerque, NM to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their own homes. The role emphasizes companionship, daily living assistance, and maintaining independence, with weekly pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Complete required compliance or licensing steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Support daily routines and independence.
