Job summary

Home Instead in Albuquerque is seeking compassionate in‑home caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide companionship and assist with daily activities, building meaningful relationships with clients.

Caregivers are expected to have caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work regular shifts with the same client. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family)
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English reading, speaking, and writing skills
• Complete required compliance or licensing steps

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Support daily routines and independence
