Job summary

Nova Leap Health is seeking dependable, caring Caregivers to join our in-home care team in Marion, MA. You’ll provide one-on-one support to help clients maintain independence and safety at home.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Prior caregiving is preferred but not required; training is provided and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Caregiving/home care experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team.
