Job summary

Nova Leap Health is seeking dependable and motivated Caregivers to join our in-home care team in Massachusetts. You’ll provide one-on-one support to help clients live independently and safely in their own homes. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

We offer flexible scheduling with weekday/weekend shifts, PRN opportunities, and potential overtime. CNA certification is preferred, and reliable transportation may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Help clients safely transfer and move around their home.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with light cooking.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
