Job summary

Endearment Unlimited is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide in-home care and support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep. Availability between 7a.m-8p.m strongly encouraged to apply.

This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. You will travel between client homes in Wisconsin, with both part-time and full-time schedules and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a working phone.
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry.
• Assist with medication reminders and other client-specific tasks.
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence.
• Document client care and services provided per company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to the development of client care plans.

Requirements
