Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical in-home service provider seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver in Dane County, Wisconsin. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily living tasks, and support clients in maintaining independence.

The role offers both part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling. A High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle are required; prior caregiving experience is preferred. PTO, 401(k) match, and paid travel time are offered.

Job Summary

Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Dane County, Wisconsin. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a working phone
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home

Work Environment

• Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits
