Job summary

Tribute Home Care in the South Shore area (Hingham, Weymouth, Dedham, Canton and surrounding communities) seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Visits are designed to build real relationships as you provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and help with daily routines.

You will work with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans, ensure clients feel safe and supported, and grow with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience required.
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability at least one day per week.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines.
• Follow detailed care plans with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.
• Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in clients' homes.
