Job summary

Tribute Home Care is seeking caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and daily-living support in clients’ homes across MA towns served by Tribute. Visits are typically 12 hours long, enabling the caregiver to build strong relationships with a small number of clients.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience is required.
• Comfort with long visits (days or awake overnights) is needed.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines.
• Conduct visits typically 12 hours long to build relationships with clients.
• Follow detailed care plans and coordinate with Tribute's care team to ensure clients feel safe and cared for.
• Develop lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
