Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in the Houston area is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home care. Our team-based culture centers on client relationships, safety, dignity, and ongoing growth for caregivers within a supportive environment.

You will execute care plans, assist with daily living activities, provide light household support, monitor well-being, and document care progress across client homes and communities, with weekly pay and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping
• Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship
