Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to join our in-home service team in the Houston area. You will follow care plans, support clients with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

We value reliability and open communication; benefits include weekly pay, holiday pay, pay cards, and referral bonuses. Pay ranges from $13 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide household assistance: food preparation, safety monitoring, light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care: hygienic care, mobility assistance, companionship.
