Job summary

Nova Leap Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one support to seniors in Deerfield, MA. You will help clients maintain independence and receive the care they deserve in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Flexible weekday/weekend shifts and PRN opportunities help fit different schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team.
