Nova Leap Health - South Deerfield seeks compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support that helps clients live independently with dignity. As a Caregiver, you'll assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation when needed, and friendly companionship, while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team.
