MaineTouch in Windsor, ME is hiring Personal Care Attendants to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following an individualized care plan. No prior experience is required—training is provided from day one, with opportunities for growth into PSS, CNA, CRMA, DSP, and nursing roles.

You’ll assist with personal care, mobility and transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to complete PSS training within 60 days of hire.
• Active or inactive CNAs welcome to apply.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Cell phone required for scheduling and documentation.
• No prior experience necessary - compassion and dependability matter most.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes following an individualized plan of care.
• Provide personal care and support safe mobility and transfers.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Offer steady companionship to help clients live safely at home.
