No Worries Care is expanding our caregiving team to provide one-on-one, in-home support for clients needing health and personal care. A CNA or HCA credential is preferred, but not required; training is offered to grow into the role.

The position features full-time, part-time, weekend, and overnight options with competitive pay, a responsive office team, and meaningful work that directly helps clients at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or assisted living settings.
• Comfort with dementia, arthritis, and mobility needs.
• HIPAA/confidentiality awareness are important.

Responsibilities

• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Meal prep for dietary needs and light housekeeping.
• Document condition changes and maintain accurate records.
• Encourage activity and social engagement.
