Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance, and transfers as outlined in the care plan.
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, ambulation, and use of approved equipment.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands to support a safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while honoring client preferences and routines.
• Observe changes in health or well-being and report promptly to supervisors; maintain documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant privacy and professional boundaries in client homes.
