Golden Rule Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our in-home care team in Omaha, NE. You will help seniors and individuals maintain independence while receiving personalized support in their own homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and coordinating with families and healthcare professionals. Flexibility in scheduling and a caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care while promoting client dignity and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Observe, document, and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans with integrity, reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
