Job summary

ENGYJ is seeking compassionate Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors in Albuquerque, NM. Immediate openings available for day and weekend shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Pay starts at $15/hr with progression to $19/hr for CNAs or those with certifications, plus a $175 attendance bonus every two weeks and additional benefits including insurance, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or willingness to learn.
• Availability to work weekends is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfers and mobility assistance.
• Medication reminders and meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and companionship.
• Dementia and memory care support; post-hospital recovery care.
• Transport clients to appointments when needed.
