Job summary

CarePlus in Virginia is hiring CNAs, NAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in their own homes.

This role offers flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN), weekly pay, and opportunities for ongoing training, PPE, and referral bonuses. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a VA driver’s license, SS card, and two references.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required; PCA training provided for interested applicants.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
