Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and disabled adults in and around Indianapolis, including Hamilton and Johnson counties. We offer flexible schedules, weekend shifts, and training; CNA/HHA experience is a plus.

You will help clients stay in the comfort of their homes with a range of personal care tasks and light household duties. We value dependability and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment.
• Dependability.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to insured transportation.
• Able to communicate effectively with office staff weekly.
• Willing to follow all company policies and direction from office staff.

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene assistance (bath, grooming, mouth care).
• Ambulation support.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Assists with feeding.
• Engagement activities with client (games, conversation).
• Carry out nurse-taught activities (ROM, routines).
• Meal preparation per instructions.
• Light homemaking (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, laundry).
