At Home Healthcare of Middle Tennessee is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities in their own homes in Johnson City, TN. Training is provided at no cost, with a focus on safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. The role offers hours with competitive pay, plus benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve and learn new skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities, cooking, providing personal care services.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds with the physical capability to perform job-related duties.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Supportive, compassionate, and respectful of all persons.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living they cannot complete alone (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene).
• Help with mobility around the home and to appointments or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating when needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as required.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office immediately.
• Pay rate $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
