Job summary

Assisting Hands - Pasco is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship to clients in their own homes across Pasco County.

Join a dedicated team delivering safe, comfortable in-home support, with training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth. Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be willing to complete a background check and TB screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work with male and female clients.
• Must pass a Level II Background Check.
• TB screening required.
• Training provided to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for the elderly and/or disabled adults in the privacy of their own homes.
• Personal Care Assistance (bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene).
• Monitor clients' safety within the home and provide supervision.
• Light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc.).
• Ambulation and transferring assistance.
• Transportation—assist with scheduling to doctor appointments/run errands.
• Grocery shopping / online shopping assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Companionship and support for personal goals.
• Provide friendly medication reminders.
