Job summary

Right at Home in Loup City, Nebraska is seeking a dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide non-medical care for seniors and disabled adults. This full-time role runs 7:30 AM–9:30 PM, seven days a week, with up to 40 hours per week, focusing on safety, comfort, and companionship.

You will assist with daily tasks, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation, while following health and safety policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma and compassionate, reliable character; caregiving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commit to the provided schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and assistance for seniors and disabled adults.
• Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and errands.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities that stimulate the mind and body.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate regularly with the Right at Home team about client's condition.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
