All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in their own homes in the Tacoma area. Roles emphasize assisting with daily living activities, meals, transport, and companionship, with a focus on safety and client comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
• Ability to meet background check requirements
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Dependable, compassionate, able to work independently with good judgment
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the care team
• Other duties as assigned
