HomeWell Care Services of NWI is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team for full- and part-time positions. You will work one-on-one with seniors in their homes, providing non-medical services and companionship to help them age in place with dignity.

We offer a fast track to hire, flexible schedules, training, and opportunities for advancement. A positive, caring attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for seniors or disabled persons preferred.
• No healthcare certification required, but CNA/HHA or 6+ months of caregiving experience is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check and TB test.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide social companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as eating, bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Standby assistance with transfers and overnight safety.
