A First Name Basis is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Spearsville, LA and nearby areas. You will work full-time morning shifts, delivering compassionate personal care and companionship in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, with travel across the service area. Competitive pay and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and meal prep; assist with feeding.
• Medication reminders and accompany to appointments.
• Document care provided and report changes.
• Travel to patient homes across service area.
• Follow written care instructions and onboarding requirements.
