Job summary

TLC Home Care in Alaska is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our in-home care team in Palmer. You will support clients with daily living activities and provide companionship, ensuring safety and comfort in a home setting.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a respectful, reliable attitude. This position offers a flexible schedule and in-person duties with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be Alaska resident.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to provide personal care and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide personal care.
• Offer companionship to promote dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility support as needed.
