Job summary

Omatochi is hiring a Caregiver to provide direct care in clients\' homes and community settings in California. You will support daily living activities and ensure services are delivered safely and respectfully according to care plans and organizational standards.

The role requires compassionate, reliable individuals with excellent communication and attention to detail. This position is field-based, with variable shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits.
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
• Complete assigned visits as scheduled.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems.
• Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately.
• Follow documentation and reporting standards at all times.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
