Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Able to utilize a smartphone based app.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean home environment.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications.
• Follow each client's personal care service plan.
• Communicate professionally with clients, family, and team members.
• Support clients' independence, dignity, and well-being.
