Job summary

Village Caregiving in Duluth, MN seeks an in-home caregiver to provide essential support to clients in their homes throughout the Duluth area. This part-time, hourly role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, hands-on care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes in condition, document care, and collaborate with a supervisor. Training and ongoing support are provided, with a strong emphasis on safety, compassion, and patient communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in caregiving is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care including personal hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
