Job summary

Home Instead in Bethel Park, PA is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors in the greater Pittsburgh area. You will drive to client homes, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Roles offer full-time and part-time options with competitive pay. Expect $15.00–$16.00/hr base, with $1/hr extra on weekends and potential up to $18.00/hr after the first 8 weeks, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.
