Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across the area. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, meal prep, and companionship, working toward consistent, quality outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid orientation and ongoing training, plus a supportive team ready to help you grow your caregiving skills. A reliable vehicle and a valid license are required to transport clients when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 10–50 lbs. and pass a state and national background check.
• Have a reliable vehicle to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities and hobbies.
• Assist with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and dishes.
• Record and report changes in client condition to the care team.
