Home Matters Caregiving – Greater Cleveland is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are passionate about helping others and building meaningful relationships. Our caregiver-first philosophy puts the team at the heart of every assigned client, ensuring supportive, respectful in-home care.

Caregivers provide quality assistance with light housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living, while following care plans and reporting changes promptly to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with the senior population

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide mobility and transfer support
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Follow care plans and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate team members
